My name is Andrew Butter, and I’ve been with Consolidare since its inception about three or four years ago. I have known my adviser, Ben for about eight years.
I got in touch with Consolidare because I had received some money from life assurances and things like that, but it was too much for me to deal with. I wasn’t an expert and didn’t have the time, so I got in touch with Ben and Consolidare so I could get a professional to help me.
I felt that we would just carry on the same excellent relationship that we had previously before he set up Consolidare, so, I was very comfortable with moving to him, it seemed natural.
I feel very relaxed because I know that with Consolidare, Ben has the best interests of my investment at heart. He gives me feedback all the time and I can ring or email Consolidare for any information that I might need or to get a synopsis of what’s going on and all those matters that are quite important to me.
Consolidare helps a lot day-to-day as well. I’m not saying that I speak to them on a daily basis, but if I needed help with something today, I could email or ring Ben or Consolidare, and I would get a response, and that’s great.
The best thing about working with Consolidare is I feel as if I am their only customer. I’ve known Ben at Consolidare for a number of years, so he knows what I want, I know how he operates, and when he does it’s quick, responsive, and professional.
Working with Consolidare makes me feel very confident in what I have invested and in the future.
If I were to describe Consolidare in three words, I would choose professional, timely, and responsive.
I would recommend Consolidare to other people because their service is extremely personal and professional. And I know that with Consolidare my investments are safe. In fact, I have actually recommended someone already. I know that I can ring or email Ben at any time and I will get a response and he will sort out my issues. I’ve done that a few times, but not many because I know that it’s all ticking along very well, which is what the whole service is designed to do.
