Fees

“Straightforward” and “clear” are two words we’d use to describe how we charge, and we work on a no-surprises philosophy.

Fair, transparent fees

From the outset, it was important for us to structure our fees to make sure they are fair – to both you and us. We charge for our professional financial advice service, which includes advice, implementation and review.

No two clients or recommendations that we make are the same, so our fees are based on the time required to provide the advice and service for you, and the level of expertise and responsibility involved.

We charge at three stages of the financial advice process:

1. Initial financial review and recommendations

2. Arranging and implementing these recommendations

3. Ongoing financial advice and review service

How will it work?

We offer the first meeting at no cost to you. We do this because we want to ensure that we are the right fit for you, and so you can get to know us and decide whether you think we can help you achieve your goals.

We will not charge you anything until we have agreed on how we are to be paid. We will always provide you with a fee estimate and ask you to sign a letter confirming your agreement to the fees before undertaking any work.

The ongoing service

We pride ourselves on offering transparent and competitive ongoing fees. We can charge less than other firms because we have low overheads that keep prices down. However, the advice given is still at a qualified, quality level.

We aim to develop long-term relationships with clients, and we therefore provide an ongoing advisory service across a choice of three service levels that differ depending on the level of support required.

The value of
financial advice

Our fees reflect our extensive knowledge and expertise in financial advice and our commitment to maintaining a high-touch communication and guidance standard throughout the entire process.

Working with us will provide you with the confidence and security that your plan will help you achieve your future financial goals and take care of your family in the long run. Even though we could talk endlessly about the value that we provide, there’s nothing quite like the words of our clients to bring home the impact of a financial adviser. Look at what they have to say below.
